The Artificial Intelligence-driven centre will help in monitoring over 6,000 examination centres on a real-time basis. The centre will have hi-tech facilities to deal with various issues faced by exam centres including detection of malpractices.
TCS iON, a unit of Tata Consultancy Services launched an Artificial Intelligence -driven Command Center in Chennai on Wednesday to monitor in real-time over 6,000 of its examination venues across the country.
TCS iON intends to provide a better experience to exam administrators for fair conduct of exams and transparency of exam operations. Based at TCS’ Sholinganallur facility, the command center will monitor the exam process with parameters to prevent, predict and post incidents as alerts for management of the exam.
The company said that the Command Center will also be equipped with a remote energy management solution, which will monitor critical power parameters during assessments to avoid disruption due to power failures during exams.
